On Cue — Prepared for the plan. Ready for the unexpected
Speak On Cue helps leaders and teams turn the way they speak into a real lever of influence — on stage and in the boardroom alike.
the gap
Knowing your subject isn't enough to captivate a room.
Most executives and managers know their material inside out — yet lose their impact the moment they have to bring it to life out loud:
✅ The method I offer closes this gap by bringing to business what the stage has always taught: how to capture attention, hold a rhythm, and make every time you speak a moment that matters.
method
A method born on stage, designed for business
Stage presence
Posture, eye contact, use of silence, vocal grounding — the fundamentals of an MC's craft, carried over into the professional world.
Structure & clarity
A message built with the rigour of a business plan: angle, arguments, narrative thread, closing line.
Real-life practice
Filmed rehearsals, role-play, simulated board meetings, pitches and conference talks.
Lasting confidence
Work on confidence and managing stage fright — not just on the form of the speech.
about
Marianne Fisch
As a cabaret master of ceremonies, I learned to captivate a room, hold a rhythm and improvise under pressure, night after night, in front of demanding audiences.
As a business school graduate, I also gained the analytical rigour and business culture needed to understand what is really at stake when someone speaks in a corporate setting.
As an improv teacher, trained in vocal technique and a group facilitator, I bring concrete tools to free the voice, think on your feet and build real team dynamics.
This dual background is the foundation of my coaching method: giving leaders and teams the codes of the stage, in service of concrete business goals.
my skills
My skills
The breadth of my background, at the service of your needs.
Improv teacher
Teaching improv means teaching the art of bouncing back without a safety net: truly listening, embracing the unexpected, moving forward despite uncertainty. I draw on these reflexes to prepare my clients to handle tricky questions calmly and stay at ease even when they go off script.
Coach & tech culture
Trained in current coaching approaches informed by neuroscience, I worked as a project manager in large corporations and then in a hypergrowth tech startup: I know these environments from the inside — their codes, their pace and their own stages, from investor pitches to all-hands meetings and product keynotes.
Singer
More than 10 years of training in vocal technique — breathing, posture, projection, articulation — have given me concrete tools to develop a voice that carries and convinces. In coaching, I use this breath work to help my clients manage stage fright not through willpower alone, but through the body.
Actress
As a stage and screen actress, I learned to deliver a text without reciting it and to truly listen to my scene partners. On stage, you have to hold a room; in front of a camera, everything happens in a look. That is what I pass on to my clients — whether they're stepping onto a stage or appearing on TV — so they speak with sincerity and never sound false.
